I have generally had bad experiences with 8ta in terms of billing mistakes. I signed up for a R199 contract for 10 gigs internet, but was billed constantly R216 because 'someone' signed me up for itemised billing... ITS AN INTERNET CONTRACT, why would there be itemised billing for?
I called the call centre 3 times and everytime they said it has been taken off, but the following month I would still receive it!
Eventually I went in, and they saw the amount of times I logged calls to get this simple problem fixed., was not my fault as even the person was suprised I had that sort of billing for a simple internet account... but NO REFUND was offered for the constant over charge. Very easy to TAKE more money but when it comes to giving it back, its un-heard of!

The current problem I have is, my internet speeds have dropped DRAMATICALLY. Logged a fault etc. They called me once, while I was at work to 'troubleshoot' the problem. I explained to them that it wasnt a convenient time, but please fone back at 5 when I will be at home... NO CALL BACK.

I sit with INCREDIBLY slow speeds since last month and I am failing to understand why I am paying for this service/lack of service.
