I cannot believe i have resorted to this, after 4 months of trying everything humanly possible to get Smart village to rectify and or explain the reason for the complete lack of service delivery! I dont know what more to do. Our Wireless Internet Service is managed by Smart Village in Century City. Approximately 2 weeks before we moved in we applied, filled out the forms and sent the forms off to Smart village requesting banking details so we could pay and have the service active on the day we moved in. We did not receive a response. On the day we moved in we went into the offices as our many emails were not being responded to and our calls were not returned. Eventually our service was activated. We started off with a 1 meg line. The day after it was activated, we complained as our service was unbelievably slow. We used our phones on edge and this was faster than our internet. Then then told us the problem was with our router. They changed our router. Internet was on and off and went offline for long periods of time. We decided to change our line to a 4 meg line. STILL our internet is slower than edge on our mobiles, and Smart village does not respond to our emails.
