Customer service at cellc stores are a disgrace!!!

On the 27th of december last year i had handed my phone in for repairs to Kevin at bluff towers cellc as my phone wouldnt charge coz it would keep disconecting whenever the phone was moved. I had called them every week for feed back and was told continuosly that they dont deal with the technicians so they could tell me what the progress of my phone was. I got frustrated as i needed to know if my phone is repairable or not so i could make alterative arrangements and then i had gone to see them and spoke to dachel and he said he would look on the website. He then tried to log on but said there was no network so leaving the store again frustrated.i called the store again on the 27th of january which was a month that my phone had been at repairs and still couldnt get info on it. I then phoned on the 31st again and was told my phone is back from repairs. Collected my phone and I sighned a form that said there was no problem on my phone.again frustrated and angry as i knew the problem would still be there so went home put my sim in the phone and discovered my phone is worse!!! Im fed up completely!!!
