Four month later no Giga20 another week passes

It has been another week since Sipho was assigned to this situation. Still nothing has been done. They allow expensive bundles but keep telling as they same old story over and over about a item on the ITC which is incorrect.

Cell C you have disappointed us greatly and will be cancel the contract at the soonest time.
