Poor service and bad 3g connection

We called the call Centre a week ago, to report very poor 3g network in our area, to make a long story short, the consultant said that they will come and install a signal booster for us on Monday, but they will call us back. No one called, so we called again this morning (Thursday) then they said they will call us during the day, it is about 22:00 now, and still nothing, we just logged another call. And the 3g network is still very poor. We have been struggling with the 3g network for the last year and a half now.
