I was treated like a criminal

On Wednesday a lady called me telling me that she was instructed by sipho, she said we must do an XDX test.we did it three times and she said i've failed.the test is based on the previous information that i'm unable to remeber it well.after that Sipho called me and tell me there is nothing he can do.i must go to cell c store.i told him i did went before and i was not helped.hence i've resorted to this site.he had a bad attitude.i was so suprised that last week when he promised me to sort this thing out he didn't do this XDX test.i'm tempted to say that he wanted to be spiteful.why didn't he do it in the first place, is it because i couldn't give his friend the internship that he asked me to do.or is it because i sent this complaint.to Hellopeterall im asking now if cell c cannot help me with the sim swap, please cancel this contract.everything was done on the phone, now i must go to cellc shop.i knew from the very onset that i didn't have time to go to a cellphone shop hence i took it when i was called.and please tell Sipho his attitude or he has told himself that he will make sure that i don't get this sim card
