I complained last month about the Cell C data contract I took out THROUGH FNB!!! I have had no help at all from FNB, they said it was a Cell C issue. Yet I took the contract out through FNB not Cell C. FNB did one follow up call, where I said I had not been helped and that was the end of that!

I have had my contract 2 months!!! I agreed to a R119 per month data contract through FNB. Last month Cell C deducted R494.30 off my account. After much going back and forth, I was assured it was sorted out by Cell C's Sipho Sithole. They had my contract details down incorrectly (which should have been correct from FNB side, ) and would credit me and send me replacement sim cards. I could not use my data at all last month! Today they have helped themselves to another R299! That is over R555 more than I agreed for a service I can't use! It is absolutely appalling!

If FNB can't back up what it offers I would suggest it choses who it works with more carefully! So disappointed!
