Please refer to my report from DECEMBER about Cell C failing to acknowledge my request to cancel my contract in OCTOBER. It is now FEBRUARY. Every month that Cell C drags this out is another month I am being charged!

And no thanks to Sipho who can't seem to accommodate the fact that I am unable to attend to calls during office hours, and who doesn't reply to my e-mails.
I'm sure there's something in the Consumer Protection Act about this kind of situation! I've made various requests (After my 24 months were over) to cancel my contract and get no reply. Can someone familiar with the CPA please assist me!
