MTN does not care to solve your problem

After explaining that I was not given the proper instructions to perform a data transfer, Thapelo promised to escalate the issue and listen to the call before calling back to rectify the issue. He did not call back within the promised hour and thereafter, I spoke to Phindile who was not very helpful, particularly condescending and she assured me she would ask Thapelo to call back. I have still not been called. MTN should take responsibility for providing misinformation at the expense of the customer. I am still stuck with a data bundle that I cannot use on my number and I need it transferred to 0719035967 urgently or else I want a full refund for the data bundle. This is after calling several times for assistance.
