Good day

I've loaded a 1 day data bundle of R50 via *141*6# - dial, the data bundle has been activated via *141*6*5*3*1# - dial.

I logged onto the internet thinking that my bundle was active as i followed the correct activation steps.
Instead of billing against the once off 24 hour data bundle you decided to deduct directly from airtime.

I spoke to Carin Moonsamy (supervisor) who promised to call me back in the afternoon. She never returned my call

My 24 bundle is still not active, my airtime has not been reimbursed, i had to load another R30 airtime just to have access to hellopeter

I need my 24 hour bundle properly activated (i want my full 24 hours), i need my airtime balance - R63 reloaded.
I also need you to reimburse me with the R30 airtime.
I wouldn't have purchased the R30 airtime if this problem never incurred
