Trade in hoax!

On Saturday 12 January we went to Vodashop Gateway to take up the Trade in and Score offer whereby we would Score offer. We read the terms and conditions on the page as well as on page 29 of the brochure. On arrival at the store we were told the internal bouliten says that all buttons have to be in place but no where is this mentioned on the public brouchure. The manager does not work at the store on Saturdays but Revanis Govender said that the internal memo says differently and "he is sorry but he cannot help". This is unacceptable as no where in store is there a memo correcting the public brochure.
