2012/12/15 Blackberry 9900 was handed in for a Blackberry Messenger Software problem, the Saleman Tshepo and Mobeen (Manager) connected via USB cable to their PC. From this they deduced that they wouldnt be able to repair it, but it would need to be sent through to MTN Service Centre.
On receiving the phone, Mtn Service Centre mentioned that the Charging Pod on the Phone was damaged. Although when handed in at A- Z Music & MTN the Connection and Phone was in working order. While the Phone was in MTN 's Care, i received a quote for a damaged Camera Lens. Not at all the reason of the original requested repair.
2013/02/23 I was informed by A-Z that MTN will not repair or replace the phone. MTN doesnt accept that their agent A -Z Music's declaration that the phone was in perfect working order, when handed in by me.
Since the 15th December 2012 up to 23nd February 2013 I did not receive satisfactory help or assistance from A - Z Music and MTN SA.
A- Z Music and MTN SA does not want to accept responsibility for negligenc, e nor assist with sorting this matter out.
I have been loyal customer since 1995, this is not the level of Customer Service that i would of expected from them
