Following complaint stil not answered properly... WHY cant cellc answer plane simple quetions like sated underneath?? Regarding my cell bill for 8 days for international roaming for over R5000, with a limit on it

1) I ASKED WHY WASN'T IT HAVE BEEN EXPLAINED TO ME BEFORE THE TIME???

2) IF YOU DONT HAVE CONTROL OVER IT HOW IS MY PHONE SUSPENDED NOW??

3) WHY IS MY VOICE MAIL AND CUSTOMER CARE NUMBERS NOT WORKING??

4) HOW IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE INTERNET USAGE IF SIM IS IN A PHONE WITH NO INTERNET??

5) WHY I RECIEVE AN SMS TELLING ME I HAVE /- R300 OVER BEFORE I REACH MY LIMIT 2 DAYS BEFORE YOU CALL ME WITH THE NEWS THAT IM R2800 OVER MY SUBSCRIPTION???

6) HOW IS IT POSSIBLE TO USE 700 MINUTES PLUS R2800 FROM THE END OF THE MONTH TO THE 7TH???

SO YES THE PROBLEM IS STILL WHY DONT I GET FEEDBACK ON THE ABOVE MENTIONED?

Then Sandros explained me how roaming work in genral, not my questions, when i emailed him yesterday HE VERY SARCASTICLY RESPONDED HE ANSWERED ME IN HIS FIRST MAIL!!!? CANT HE READ QUESTION PROPERLY?
