Hi, I have handed in my BB bold 9900 in for the 6th/7th time in for software related issues. This phone was replaced around May2013 deu to water damage, so it is a new phone and still it gave problems. The phone was handed in on the 29/11/2013 WITH PHISYCAL DAMAGE. After nemarous inquiries in Janurie 2014 it was mentioned that there was a note on the system since the 24th of December that their is a payment of R2500 due before they will repair phone. Apparently the screen and keypad needs to be replaced. The phone was in perfect condition when handed in with no cracked screen or damaged keypad. Today i am still waiting for someone to get back to me regarding this isseu. I dont want the same phone back it will be the same story again with software related issues. I am runnig a busyness from the phone and this is a big inconveniance for me and is costing me time and money.
