Problems in sms-ing to South Africa

Good day

I am living in Finland and have always been able to send sms's to everyone in South Africa. Now suddenly I can not send them anymore. I am able to phone to the numbers and also w/app to those that have it, but I am not able to send or reply to any sms's.

My sister was told that they have old simcards, but my one friend bought a new one yesterday and I can also not sms her back. There is no problem from our side as I have already contacted my provider and they have checked everything. The last time I was able to sms to South Africa was on the 5th of this month.

So now what?
