We applied for our line to be moved just before 9 Feb'13. Subsequently, we followed up with Telkom. More recently I was informed that the address was not picked up on their system, I then supplied them with a telephone number of an existing line upon which they stated that it now shows on their system and a technician will be dispatched. Two days later I AGAIN followed up and was informed that within 48 hours a technician will contact us to install our new line. the 48 hour marked passed on Sunday, 24 Feb '13. Yesterday we AGAIN contacted Telkom and was informed that they are still not picking up the line and a consultant will contact us before 12h00 today (27.02.2013) It is now 13h55 and still no call. I think it is pathetic of Telkom and their stories conflict with each other. I am most certainly, ONCE AGAIN, contacting the Ombudsman regarding their conduct.
