Since growing substantially service is appalling

Over the last two - three days internet speeds have dropped substantially. Prior to advertising and growing dramatically the service levels were great. Now they are shocking. The calls I logged about this problem have gone unanswered for the last 16 hours...

They also seem unable to manage Telkom and ADSL lines properly. They routinely close out calls that have not been attended to. The latest being that the Telkom technician indicated that there is a problem with the physical line and Telkom's cable division needs to look at the line. Nothing has happened; called the call centre and was promised a follow up phone call. Never happened.

I will spend this evening looking for a new ISP
