I HAVE A 3G MODEM AND FOR THE PAST YEAR I HAVE HAD EXTREMELY SLOW NETWORK SERVICE WHICH A YEAR AGO I WAS TOLD WILL CLEAR UP. NO SUCH LUCK. I CALLED THE 083 900 1212 TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT NUMBER ON THE 20 FEB 2013 AND GOT THROUGH TO SAMANTHA WHO LISTENED TO MY COMPLAINT PUT ME ON HOLD AND THEN TRANSFERRED ME TO A TOTALLY DIFFERENT DEPARTMENT. I WAS SUBSEQUENTLY TRANSFERRED BACK TO THE TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT BUT MY CALL WAS DISCONNECTED. I REDIALLED AND GOT THROUGH TO ROMANO WHO LODGED MY COMPLAINT, GAVE ME A REFERENCE NUMBER (0051214) WITH A 96 HOUR TURN AROUND TIME. ON FRIDAY 22 FEB 2013, A TECHNICIAN CALLED ME AT WORK FROM A PRIVATE NUMBER. I AM NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE CELL CALLS WHILE AT WORK. HE SUBSEQUENTLY CALLED MY HOME AND WAS TOLD THAT I WAS AT WORK. I COULD NOT RETURN THE CALL SINCE IT WAS A PRIVATE NUMBER. I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THIS TECHNICIAN SINCE FRIDAY. THIS VERSION OF EVENTS IS CONDENSED AND WATERED DOWN DUE TO CHARACTER LIMITATIONS. I AM SO ANGRY THAT I AM DEFINITELY GOING TO CHANGE MY NETWORK SERVICE TO CELL C. MTN, YOU!!!
