I myself work in a call centre, but have NEVER given such pathetic service! I called on 17/02 as I suspected that I was being charged for BIS which should have been included in my contract. I was advised that my free BIS was cancelled and I am now paying for it for the last few months. I was promised feedback after 24hrs as I requested a refund (but of course its not money Vodacom must get but what they have to pay me so its not a priority) I called today and was advised I was supposed to get feedback after 24 hours. I explained that I have not and requested consultant from accs department to phone me. Was given some story that I must phone the department to find out progress. In the 1st place if you kept your promise I would not have needed to phone in. Was told the team leader is just walking around on the floor and could not help me then. Yesterday I phoned cancellation department to cancel 1 contract but apparently they cant help even with my ID number as I mst have vodacom acc number. This is utter nonsense and I am sick of running after you guys. I will cancel both contracts and never apply for another contract. Train your consultants to be more helpful and not moody!
