Even escalations department has horrible service

I posted a complaint about Virgin Mobile and the promises made to me when i ported my number from MTN to Virgin mobile. 2 days later i received a call from the escalation department from a lady (name known to me) who again promised me that she would make sure the issue was fixed and would get back to me within 24hrs to make sure that i am sorted. it is now almost a month since that promise and i have not heard from her or anyone from the escalation team. to make matters worse when i called to follow up i was again made to hold for more than 45min while being transferred from one department to another only to reach the call center and be told that there is no escalation department at virgin mobile. Can one company be so incompetent that they don't even know of their own departments? i am cursing the day i ported my number as i am experiencing nightmares with this network. i spend 8 hrs at work and the whole time i am there, i don't have network and when i get home, i struggle with network as well. i only have network to and from home. i am so fed up with this kind of service and i will not accept bad service. Se fed up.
