Data packages a waste of time

Having used Cell C prepaid data for three years at the same workplace, I bought the 100gig prepaid in January 2013. I started experiencing slow speeds in March and reported this to the technical division on the 6th of March. I was told they would sms me a trouble ticket number, which never happened. The network improved for the next three weeks, but then reverted to being slow. I called technical again on the 12th April and received the trouble ticket number (1777276). After numerous follow up calls from myself to technical with absolutely no assistance other than being able to escalate the complaint, I eventually received a reference number (3050700400) on the 7th May. Since then the problem persists and every time I call technical all they can do is again escalate the complaint. I must have called technical about 10 times when they told me to call the CEO office, who also could only escalate the problem. (This is a repost of the complaint on the 22nd May2013, and still no response from anyone. The query is now over 100 days overdue. In the last two weeks I have been promised feedback from numerous team leaders with no one getting back to me). Cell C is incompetent
