On 15 Feb 2013 I emailed cell C as to cancel my control chat contract in order to change over to prepaid services on my number, as instructed by a cell c call centre staff member. I received an response stating: This is an automated response to confirm receipt of your email. A written correspondence consultant will respond to your query within 24-48 hours. Please do not reply to this email.
Today is the 26th Feb 2013 - I still have not received a response or had any contact from Cell C
I will not be held liable for any payments should my number be credited with any airtime or sms's as I have adhered to the cancellation requirements and given the appropriate cancellation instructions.
NOT HAPPY WITH THE POOR SERVICE ONCE AGAIN!
