I recently applied for a data contract and since receiving a few months ago, have been dissatisfied with the service at times. I had placed a call to the call centre on the 02/03/2013 and was told support staff will revert, within 48 hours, as they are unable to answer my question regarding the cancellation. It is now over 80 hours and I have not received a call. I had called on Monday querying same and was told it has been assigned and again that someone will get back to me. I further emailed the customer services department and received an automated email stating I'd have to wait for 48 hours. Can somebody please get back to me regarding my cancellation query. The contract in question is a 2GB data account. I trust I will receive a response in the coming hours
