MTN NOT FOR TRAVELLING ABROAD!

I travel 3 to 4 times a year and previously if I book roaming it does not happen!
This time I asked for sms roaming on my blackberry - On the 3day in India I got an sms that my account was suspended due to high volume R8400!
I have not made one call because I new it was sms and received 2 phonecalls?
When I made my querie REF no: 97371104 I was told my account controller wil contact me!
I am still waiting! - I asked the operater on 808 and went to the shop in Clearwater - no Help before billing and debit order was not done on month-end! - Is this the way to treat one of your longest members?
My other phone was fortunately working perfectly - otherwise I had no contact with my family!
