Vodacom
1950 an absolute joke

I ordered a phone from Vodacom and I tried yesterday to call the sales contact number (0821950) and i was on hold for over 20mins 3 different times. On one of the times i called they had the grace to put me through to the customer satisfaction survey after having held for over 20mins and not having spoken to a single person. I called again this morning and hung up after holding for over 35mins. This is totally unacceptable. This serious lack of service has left me totally uninterested in the contract and phone i had ordered from Vodacom and i will source the phone another way just so that i will not have to put up with this unacceptable behaviour.
