I ordered an Ipad 4 online about 2 weeks back from Vodacom. Firstlyi only received an online confirmation and no follow up call. They delivered it yesterday without a warning call and i was informed the had come the Monday when i was day off. Today (13/11/13) I called only to find that this was an open contract not a top up which no one bothered to inform me. I then told the consultant that i needed a top up and she put me on hold for 45 mins which i find extremely unacceptable. After holding for so long Lesego came back telling me this other one had left for home and that they would cancel my contract. Lesego had the odesity to raise her voice at me when i raised my frustration and another lady Esther called me and when i raised my frustraion as well she just chose to hang up on me. This is not tha first time i have experienced such from Vodacom. I find it extremely unacceptable and unprofessional and just upsetting as i have been a loyal vodacom customer for many years to date. There is no appreciation instead you get such disrespectful consultants and such horrid service. I had the very same experience earlier this year when upgrading.
