I was phone in December because I am a "valued customer" and sold a top up 100 per second for R79 per month with a nokia phone. I have tried numerous times to get an answer as to when i will be getting my phone. So far the stories include: no stock on phone, contract apparently cancelled, or just no answer after holding for over 30 mins. This morning I called 0861 236666 and held for over 30 mins for the phone to be answered and was told that the system was offline - I must phone back. I asked for someone to call me and they said that they have no outgoing lines. What an absolute load of nonsense. I have never been so apalled by customer "service".
