My wife had the unfortunate incident of being held up today by 2 black guys with knives. In the process they her phone and would have killed her if it was not for a few good men who came to the rescue. She called Vodacom to block her phone but was given terrible grief by the consultant. When she arrived home, totally traumatised, we phone Vodacom again and guess what, 30 minutes and we are still holding. Vodacom, you just contributed to my wifes trauma. Once my contract with you is finished, its goodbye Vodacom and I will continue to bad mouth you!
Take our money but at least give us some type of decent service
