My pre paid number was convert over to a contract without my permission by a company called RMCS. I have contacted RMCS to deactivate the contract for i did not request to be switched to a contract, they then deactivated the contract and Vodacom made a mess up on their side. I have been contacting Vodacaom for almost a week now and they keep on promising me that my phone will be sorted out and it never happens. I even got an sms yesterday saying that my phone will be fixed as in yesterday wich was also a lie.

This morning when i phoned Vodacom i was told that there is nothing that they can do for me. At the moment I cant receive any mails or go onto the internet and because of that i have lost a lot of bussiness. I my phone is not fix today I am taking this matter to the ombudsman and the news papers aswell. Im a single parent and my phone is my source of income.
