I submtted an online enquiry dated 06.01.2013. and then another during the course of the week. Clearly, Vodacom have no SLA's in place. It's regarding my Iphone 5. Collected the phone on 05.01.2013. Top drawer consultant who really assisted me in a very kind and professional manner. Paid some R105.00 admin levy. Everyone happy? NOT. Received an sms on the same day advising me that my account will be debited with R497.22. What for? and if so, why was I not informed about this at Store level when I collected the phone? CPA (Consumer Protector will have you for breakfast) Remember people, CLEAR AND TRANSPARENT BUSINESS PRACTICE! You cannot debit an account without notifying me. It really is that simple. Now, can someonle please call me? Pronto. I need to have this sorted. Please understand that we as Consumers have choices and are a little more informed these days. Now please act on my request and get someone to contact me (eight days later)..
