Sales Call not FAIS compliant!!

Telecommunications

I applied for a TopUp Contract online on Sat 02 Nov 2013 and spoke to Lesego from the Online Sales. I accepted and upon finalisation, Lesego declared to me that an Activation Fee of R99 will be debited from my account within a few days upon my receipt of the new phone. I received the package on Tuesday 05/11/2013 and activated the sim card. On 01h06 AM Wednesday 06/11/2013 I was woken up by an SMS stating that my account will be debited with R204.23 on the very same day! I provided for the debit of R99.00 only as was declared to me during the sales convo!! I called various depts yesterday morning (06/11/2013) and was referred from the one to the other. I lodged a complaint with Dalwood at the Online Sales Dept, requesting that they listen to the Sales Call, as the sales call was not FAIS compliant at all, as the correct debit amount was not declared to me, neither was I informed of the manner of subscription payment being in advance. Dalwood was to refer it to Takiso, who I requested to contact me the same day. I received NO CALL. I had to call again today and was just referred to the Acc Dept where Lisa lodged a dispute. I refuse to pay a penalty fee of R100!! Please resolve!!!
