I had been contacted by Virging Mobile to renew my cellphone contract when its time was up. I had received a phone by Virgin Mobile, However i was dissatisfied due to the following reasons : 1. I was unhappy with the handset i received 2. The internet and MMS services was not working. 3. The network signal was poor. 4.There is no walk in service store where i can get assistance.
I had cancelled my line withing THE 5 DAY COOLING PERIOD. and a confirmation was done with Agent: Jenita ref: 46378252. on 30/10/2012.
I had only received my documentation on the 01/11/2012 from DUDU ref :2870626.
When i had spoken to the agent she did not tel me that i had to pay for the handset and it was withing the 5 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD. I am not prepared to pay the R2000 as i think this is absolutely pathetic service, especially for being mis-informed by your agents. I want the amount to be reversed.
I WILL NOT PAY FOR THIS AMOUNT AS IT WAS AN ERROR FROM VIRGIN SIDE AND IF NOT SORTED I WILL TAKE IT FURTHER.
