After four months i still dont have phone or adsl

I;m really tired of logging faults with Telkom and nothing is done, or its not fixed properly. for 4 months ive had terrible phone line and adsl kept dropping. ive complained and complained, but nothing was fixed properly. last week Thursday two technicians came out to my house, after my lines were actually great for 2 days. when they my phone line was dead and my internet was not working. I was so mad, ive had enough of this company. I then phoned twice on the Friday to be told that I would be put on the important list. its Tuesday, ive phoned ive emailed ive smssed... I still have nothing. I cant tell you how mad I am... im desperate and don't know what more to do. I need my phone and internet for work.
