Hey Cybersmart. Thanks for being horrible.

I have been promised that i will be phoned by Warren, the manager, but it doesent happen. Cybersmart is the most professional ISP in south Africa. If you have a open ticket with them, that doesn't get resolved for one month, 17 days, dont worry. Its listed as "General" and 0 / 100 priority. Thank you for giving me so much hope of getting me Internet fixed. I just LOVE working with telkom and getting them out too my house the whole time. Tired of things getting done, that dont help. And having to contact another person, to realise that doing the same thing the person before him did, doesn't help aswell. You are a ISP Company, and yet you cant communicate with each other, wasting everyones time.

Take note any future clients, if you want to speak to a manager at cybersmart, or get helped in general, write irrational posts like this. (its the only way they answer)

To sum things up, I am highly dissapointed in the lack of service I'm receiving at the moment. It has been more than a month that I'm struggling with my internet, and my isp just simply doesn't care.
