EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS CONTRACT IS BAD NEWS

Recently I opted for a contract that was presented to me by a consultant from Vodacom, that included a Samsung phone plus a gift voucher from Homemark. I ordered from Homemark and I placed the order with a person named Benjamin, 3 weeks ago. Needless to say, I am still waiting for the goods to be delivered. As for the phone, it is un-usable due to the fact that whenever I want to make a call or send sms's I get the following message - Network unavailable. According to the person at the local vodacom store, the problem is with the phone, not the network. I had to put the new sim card in an old phone, to be able to make calls etc. I feel that Vodacom, the sevice provider, whom I have the contract with, should sort this out, instead of me having to contact all these other companies that is part of the three suppliers.
