Never go with Cybersmart!!!

I would like to inform every single person on the planet about the absolute worst company to provide internet services, Cybersmart. When I started out with them way back when they were actually pretty decent. now you are lucky if you get an email response within a week. Thats right. A week. You can send it to every single email address they have listed. It just doenst happen. I pay for a 1MB line every month. I never falter on payments. So why is my downloading speed at this very moment only 10kb/s??? When my neighbour with Afrihost is running at 119kb/s? Surely the problem must be with the supplier then??!!! If you try and contact them they feed you rubbish. Have you tried switching it off and on again. Do you guys really believe that the people you are dealing with are? Because you are treating me this way. So please whatever you do, there are actually service providers out there that do give a. And yes I will be switching to Afrihost when I can get a flippen person to answer the phone!!!
