Hi Purchased a further two contacts toward the end of last year, and was supposed to get Vitality cash back on both of them - which never happened.
I have made 2 separate requests for this to be rectified, and as of today have not even received a call/sms/e-mail with any feedback...
This is really shocking and totally unacceptable for a so called telecommunications company to not communicate...
