Accounts at Cybersmart AGAIN

I logged in to to write a bad report on Cybersmart to inform everyone how bad (inefficient, incompetent and inhospitable) their accounts are but to my surprise it is not necessary because it is a normal thing with accounts at Cybersmart, to wrong their clients/customers.

Perhaps i shouldn't blame them for doing me wrong. Perhaps i am to blame, for not checking the Customer Service credentials of Cybersmart prior to dealing with them. Had i visited, i would have been forewarned of the incompetence of the accounts at Cybersmart.

Like they say: "learn from your mistakes"
