First time calling the callcentre 140 number from my handset... trying to find out if my simcard is RICA'ed... there's no option to speak to a human - the automated voice is DISGUSTED...

Thought that this cellular provider was friendly, but the call-centre makes me think otherwise...

Your website is even more useless.
