Poor service with no knowledge & communication

I was set up for high expectations at the MTN Mega store Westville Pavilion when a sales agent Ronelle assisted me with a number for life change from Cell C to MTN with no problems. Once the SIM came on-line to the MTN network until the current date I have had no service due to the RICA registration which has no been activated.

The Rica Helpdesk is useless. I have been calling the MTN Rica Helpdesk multiple times each day always asking what is the problem, when can it be rectified, and is there anything they still need from me. The RICA desk couldn't answer any of these questions until two days ago when a intelligent person named Nompumelo assisted me. The rest were useless - all these useless people promised to escalate the problem but never did.

This morning I phone again and became angry that RICA is still pending. Once again the lady gave me no info. I wanted to speak to her supervisor and she refused me and became strappy, defensive and angry. She was no help and my phone is still out of order due to the RICA process. Disgusting service from this company and its employees or call centre outsourced employees. I want my SIM to complete RICA and I have no help!
