Appalled by terrible service

Today I have tried and tried to log in to Internet banking using a token for Nedbank, however to no avail.
First port of call was to call the number on the website for business banking, and its a call centre. The automated voice message system directs you to select options in order to meet your needs, however every option is a dead end. Every option sends you right back to the beginning or to a different telephone number to contact.
Eventually after selecting every possible option, I get through to the option to be able to speak to a consultant, happy days!!!
FALSE ALARM- nobody answered the call for 1 hour, and I was then cut off.
Out of desperation, I made the call again, and proceeded to hold on for an hour again, only to be cut off again.
I am not impressed. We as a Company have a business banker and yet they cant help either.
This is not a banking institution that I would ever recommend to anyone.
I am left feeling disgusted and furious, and I still cannot get onto my Internet banking.
Please Nedbank, you have to get this sorted out, and you need to change your call centre, we have a business to run.
