BEWARE OF FNB CELLULAR!

FNB cellular department has approved me for a Smartphone deal.
I then proceeded to order the handset,

No one has called from last week, I called them 5 times a day and sent numerous emails, even left messages on the website call me back feature. Every time I speak to a consultant, they keep transferring me to someone else, Eventually they say I need to speak to Sales who cannot take my call but "will call me back! which is as that never happens.

I have two Gold Cheque accounts with FNB, Iv been with them for 15 Years. Perfect credit history! Nice way to treat your clients. Im not asking for something for FREE or a favour, Im still going to be paying for the handset. So at least provide me with it!

FNB PLEASE DO NOT REPLY WITH A REF AND SAY SOMEONE WILL CALL YOU FROM CELLULAR REGARDING THIS! COS THAT WILL NEVER HAPPEN!
