To whom it may concern:
I have left two enquiries on your website and sent an e-mail to customer care enquiring about the sundry charges (handset instalment) that appeared on my invoice after I upgraded end of last year, without any reply from you.
I was never informed about this extra payment. I did not pay this last year, only since I upgraded in December this has appeared on my invoice. I still have the same phone and the same contract as always, so I'm not sure what this payment is for?
I'm quite disappointed by this as I was assured that my monthly payment will remain the same as always (I specifically asked when I went for my upgrade whether my monthly payments will stay the same), now without any explanation I have to pay this sundry charges every month.
This is really unacceptable. I have also tried to contact you on 3 occasions (the last e-mail I sent was on 11 February 2013) and no one has come back to me.
I have seen several complaints about this issue, I hope Vodacom is going to to something about this soon.
