I upgraded with Cellc, receiving my I phone on Thursday 18 April, trying to get hold of the callcentre to activate my phone and Sim. Called over 10 times 084 145 as the callcentre agent advised me waiting between 10 - 15 minutes per call. No answer, just the annoying automated message. Received a voice message that the callcentre is closed, but the time of the call was 8:20 am - how ridicules. Callcentre agents cannot support i Phone - pathetic. My sim is still not swopped, 4 days after and over 15 calls made.

I am considering cancelling this contract. This is the second time i have to deal with this callcentre and the second report i am writing on Hello Peter in my life, so a 100% dissatisfaction. You are a disgrace in the telecommunications realm and who is your callcentre manager? Ask him/her to call the callcentre and have the same horrifying experience i have had so far.

He / She should not be employed, does not know what is going on there. I have mailed and sms'ed, receiving no response.

Anyway, hopefully i can get some assistance
