I've recently had to get hold of DSTV through their call centre. The service is absolutely appalling! It take at least 15 minutes to try to get hold of an actual consultant - in which time I was bombarded with useless automated information - I really got the impression that DSTV would prefer for me not to speak to an actual human consultant - instead trying to persistently direct me via useless interactive voice prompts which just waste time (not to mention running up my phone bill). After paying ~R700 per month for my DSTV service I really appreciate a more professional and user-friendly service!
