I have had a problem with my telkom line since 14/02/2013,

Call logged14/02/2013. Phones lines crossed, not working. reference no : 1243CNZ110213

I call telkom every second day and receive the same response that it will be sorted out immediately. to date nothing has been done. Tired of excuses and now gonna have to pay rental for days that the phone has not been working
