Disgusting service from Telkom

I reported my telkom line at home not working on Saturday Reference no: 356CRZ190113 line is completely dead. On Sunday I get an sms to say the line is fix - it was not. On Monday I logged another call Reference no 52CRZ210113. To date telkom has not contacted me to advise they will be coming out to repair the phone. Telkom will charge me a full months rental but will not provide the service of sorting out lines when they have too. The service is disgusting and I am disappointed
