Crossed lines after four months of waiting

WE MOVED OUR STORE AT THE END OF JANUARY FROM CLOSE TO MUG & BEAN TO THE CHECKERS ISLE WITHIN CENTURION MALL. WE WAITED OVER FOUR MONTHS JUST FOR OUR LINES TO BE CONNECTED AND STILL NOTHING IS WORKING LIKE IT SHOULD. WE CAN'T RECEIVE ANY FAXES AND OUR LINES ARE CROSSED WITH THE BARBER SHOP NEXT DOOR.
I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT TELKOM FOR ALMOST A WEEK NOW AND STILL NO RESPONSE. THEY HAVE PATHETIC OR RATHER NO CLIENTELE SERVICE. THE NUMBER (012) 10 IS NOT WORKING AS WELL AS THE NUMBERS THAT I WAS GIVEN OVER THE PHONE BY TELKOM STAFF [ (012) 12 AND (012) 19) ]. NONE OF THESE LINES ARE WORKING AND NONE OF MY MAILS AND COMPLAINTS HAVE BEEN ANSWERED AND THE LINES THAT I DO GET THROUGH, CAN'T HELP ME.
THE WORST IS THAT IT IS NOT JUST ME, I KNOW MORE THAN ONE PERSON THAT IS CURRENTLY STRUGGLING WITH TELKOM SA AND THEIR POOR SERVICE.
PLEASE TELKOM WAKE UP AND START GIVING YOUR CUSTOMERS THE SERVICE THAT THEY DESERVE.
