Telkom line stopped working around 02/09/2013 as a line pole fell. Pole replaced only after a week as apparently these poles seems to be coming from Overseas

Around 09/09/2013 poles replaced and the stupid technician never have the decency to check if all okay. They had crossed the lines. Had to wait a further week and when we called, Telkom changed their story and now says we never report anything.

After shouting with them, the next day they finally came and sorted the line.

Again after a few days, Telkom crossed the lines again. Till today 26/09/2013, we still waiting for this cross line to be sorted.

I cannot see why i should be paying rent for this month as Telkom failed to provide me with a service. It seems their staff is totally useless and incapable of sorting this issue out.

Further as I run A small business from home, I have suffered losses as a lack of telecommunication. Will Telkom reimburse me for this?

Await an urgent response.
