If subscribed to Telkom to make use of their Uncapped Internet (Wifi) services in November 2013. In the beginning there were no problem with my internet and modem. At some point in November my modem had a technical issue and Telkom responded, I exchanged the modem for a new at Potchefstroom.

This is when the trouble started: I didn't know how to activate my internet again. Everywhere I search I were told to call 10210 to get assistance on this. After approximately 10 calls (one a day), and holding about 10 minutes each time, I never reached anyone to assist me with my problem!!

I decided to cancel my service and wrote an email. I received a reply about a week later stating that i must try 10210 again before cancelling. I did that with the same result!

I then received invoices to pay for Nov, Dec and now Jan (R1628.80), but literary only used the service for one month (Nov). I am willing to pay for Nov but not for the other two which I didn't use and asked to be cancelled.

Any response from the Telkom side will be dearly appreciated!
